Senior Program Update for 2025
The Sutherland District Basketball Association is excited to update our members on all thing’s Senior teams for 2025.
The 2025 senior program will be headed by our two NBL1 teams while being supported by both a Men’s and Women’s Division 1 youth league team. To further develop our growing youth player pool, the continuation of a division 2 Youth Men’s team will see extended opportunities for more athletes within the Sharks system.
The Association will also look at continuing to provide an avenue for players to represent the club post Youth League, by exploring opportunities to continue the Waratah Men’s team pending athlete interest and meeting the league infrastructure requirements.
Expression of interest to play in our Waratah Men for 2025 will commence from Saturday 7th September and our coach expression of interest will be made available to the public from Monday 9th September for our Waratah League program.
