Are you passionate about basketball and keen to inspire the next generation? We’re looking for dedicated and enthusiastic casual coaches to join our team. If you love the game and enjoy working with kids, this could be the role for you!

What We’re Looking For:

• Solid understanding of basketball skills and rules.
• Experience playing at any level (coaching experience is a bonus)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Positive attitude and the ability to engage young players
• Team player who fosters an inclusive environment

Casual Coaching Roles Available: We have a variety of positions for all levels, from new coaches to those more experienced who are able to take on a supervision role. Programs include

• School Holiday Camps: 9am-3pm during school holidays
• Development Classes: 4pm or 5pm classes on weekdays or Saturday mornings from 8am-11:00am
• Junior Competition Coaches: Weekday games (4pm-7pm)
• Sporting Schools Programs: Coaching during school hours

Coaching sessions take place across Sutherland, Caringbah, Menai, and Heathcote

Requirements:

• Must be 15+ years old.
• For those 18+, a valid Working With Children Check (WWCC) is required or must be obtained before starting.
• Minimum Club Coaching Accreditation or willingness to obtain prior to starting.
