The Sutherland District Basketball Association are thrilled to announce the return of local junior and crowd favorite Maddy Norris for the 2025 NBL1 East season.

Norris caught fire from long range in NBL1 24 and is a key piece in a high octane and dangerous offensive lineup for the Sharks women’s team.

Sharks General Manager Adrian Dark said “Maddy is one of the best perimeter shooters in the entire NBL1. She is a local sharks junior and has been a pillar of consistency for our senior women’s program over the years. She is an outstanding club person who represents the Sharks with such a high level of professionalism and I’m thrilled to have Maddy again in a Sharks uniform in 25”.

Norris and the rest of the Sharks Women’s team are preparing for the upcoming NBL1 campaign starting with a match up with the Penrith Panthers on opening night Saturday, 29th March, Women 5pm & Men 7pm at the Shark Tank.
