The High-Performance program is designed to give our junior representative athletes from U12s to U18s, the platform for extra weekly training sessions and access to our High-Performance coaching team.
The High-Performance Program will include weekly training sessions, Physical Testing, Shooting Testing and High-Performance Holiday Camps, as well as access to guest coach appearances and much more.
It is a 12-month program, running from January to December
**Following trials to be held on Sunday, December 10th 2023, a limited number of athletes will be selected in each age group

Cost: $500 per athlete/per year
12-month program (January 2024 – December 2024)
Includes all on-court sessions, testing, and a high-performance reversible training singlet and drink bottle.
