The SDBA Junior Representative Program supports U12–U18 athletes to grow their skills while competing at a high standard. Younger age groups (U14 and below) focus heavily on learning opportunities and building strong fundamentals, while older age groups balance team success with ongoing individual development. Our approach centres on long-term improvement—not just results—so athletes learn, progress, and enjoy the game.

By joining the Sharks Representative Program, athletes become part of a positive and supportive high-performance community. Players receive quality coaching, structured training, and opportunities to compete at elevated levels. Our core objective is to develop skilled athletes—and even better people—within a safe, inclusive, and inspiring environment that helps every player reach their full potential.
